As a West Coast Netting Installer, you won’t just build netting systems—you’ll embark on an adventure, visiting new cities, towns, and sports landmarks while playing a vital role in sports history.

What Your Day Looks Like on the Road
Your work takes you to a variety of job sites—from small community parks to stadiums that host thousands. You’ll be hands-on every day, using heavy equipment, tools, and teamwork to build and maintain the netting systems that protect the game you love.
- Drill footers and prepare sites using skid steers and other equipment
- Set massive steel, wood, and concrete poles with cranes and specialized rigging
- Pour concrete, paint poles, and assemble cables and netting at heights using aerial lifts
- Handle and move heavy materials safely around challenging job sites
- Operate forklifts, telehandlers, scissor lifts, and computerized equipment with certifications
- Demolish old netting and install new panels to keep facilities top-notch
- Manage traffic flow on site with cones, barricades, and flagging
- Work outdoors in every kind of weather and environment

- Strong physical stamina and ability to work at heights and with heavy materials
- Safety-first mindset and eagerness to learn equipment operation and protocols
- Communicates well, enjoys teamwork, and adapts to dynamic work environments
- English fluent; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
